SUMMER CHILDREN'S WORSHOP
“Kids on Stage” Summer Program
Miss Lynn, as the children call her, has been acting and directing at the Village Theatre Guild for 25 years. She has taught children at the Elmhurst Park District and Alchemy Theatre in Wood Dale, and has conducted a children’s theatre program at a summer cancer camp in North Carolina for 8 years.
Lynn Walsh holds a bachelors degree in theatre with a background in both musical theatre and drama. She has had her own theatre company, performing shows for children, and has studied under Steven Ivitch in Chicago and Ross Lehman at Apple Tree Theatre in Highland Park. Her teaching experience also includes substitute teaching in Highland Park.
